Job Description
Learner Coordination
• Administration of all incoming learners, including liaison, registration, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing communication
• Ongoing communication and collaboration with for department, hospital, and university educational staff for all levels of medical training
• Attend and support meetings relevant to medical education
• Maintain records of use/availability of trainee office space and office equipment related to learners 
• Maintain records of clinical supervision commitments across programs and psychiatrists to oversee clinical-wide capacity.

Academic Contribution Tracking
• Maintain records of psychiatrists’ clinical supervision commitments and provides subsequent summaries and reports as needed.
• Attend and prepares tracking documents for annual academic and education committee meetings by providing psychiatrists with annual supervision reports.
• Assist psychiatrists with promotions process through U of T by consolidating necessary documentation and providing summary reports of clinical supervision history.

Initiative, Innovation & Commitment
• Identify areas of improvement for administrative functionality based on feedback and observation of residents and psychiatrists
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, mission, and values of Women's College Hospital

Qualifications
• Post-secondary diploma or degree required
• 3 years’ related experience in a medical or academic environment 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate in a professional manner with all levels of hospital personnel
• Ability to multitask proficiently
• Ability to meet deadlines successfully
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Suite
• Excel spreadsheet coding familiarity or expertise
• Time management and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Ability to prioritize the needs of multiple programs
• Professional behavior and communication that meets the standards of the professional regulatory college or association, as applicable, and the standards of Women’s College Hospital
• This position plays a critical role in acting as an advocate for safety and will demonstrate principles, practices and processes that will optimize a safe environment for all
