This role provides support to Manager, Learning Health System. Women’s College Hospital is on the journey to becoming a Learning Health System (LHS). This is a model in which we will foster a culture of curiosity and reflection to determine how we can work together to effect improvements around patient care, by embedding research, quality improvement and education methodologies.

Summary of Duties:
•    Assist the Manager, LHS with the following: 
o    Facilitate the development and eventual operations/workflow of the LHS Collaboratory
o    Collaboration with partners and stakeholders within and external to WCH, including clinical program staff and leaders, physicians, and other team members, as necessary.
o    Producing content for Academic newsletter/ Connect to communicate important updates about the LHS at WCH.
o    Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes 
•    Support stakeholders to plan and execute activities, including scoping review/landscape review, meeting facilitation, workflow analyses and improvements, progress tracking and reporting
•    Undertake landscape reviews of various systems and on various topics to support the ongoing development of the LHS at WCH
•    Organize and facilitate monthly LHS seminar series
•    Develop and deliver training materials, as well as tools and resources to support training
•    Evaluation of meetings/strategic planning events, etc. 
•    Prepare presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) as needed
•    May assist team members with preparing materials for proposals, progress reports, presentations, and publications
•    Support KPI development and reporting metrics
•    Help prepare funding applications for grants and other sources
•    Provide assistance with overall planning, project management, and execution of the Day of Excellence in Academics Event, including assistance with preparing reports (progress, post-event debrief) as needed, and assistance with abstract adjudication process

Qualifications:
•    An Undergraduate degree with a focus on research/health administration is required, Master’s degree preferred.
•    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an academic health science setting is required
•    Demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management processes, principles, and tools is preferred.
•    Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access) are required
•    High degree of accountability and an ability to work independently and productively required 
•    High-level attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills sufficient to prioritize and complete assignments and projects independently and in a timely manner, while balancing competing needs and attending to detail.
•    Superior interpersonal, collaborative, and teamwork skills with ability to develop relationships with people representing a range of disciplines.
•    Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, navigate stakeholder interest, and deliver measurable results.
•    Good work and attendance record required.
•    Demonstrated WCH vision mission and values.
•    Professional behavior and communication that meets the standards of the professional regulatory college or association, as applicable, and the standards of Women’s College Hospital.
